About the Role What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly influence how AI systems behave at scale? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, bias, and ethical alignment — helping ensure that AI reflects the values that matter most to people. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to curious, analytical thinkers from any background.
