About the Role What if your sense of fairness and sharp analytical mind could directly shape how AI behaves in the real world? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against safety, fairness, and ethical standards — helping ensure that AI systems reflect the values people actually care about. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and clear written communication skills.
