About the Role What if your sense of fairness and sharp analytical mind could directly influence how AI behaves — at scale? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real-world standards of safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. Your judgment helps ensure AI systems reflect human values and don't cause harm. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and clear communication skills.
