This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just strong analytical instincts, proven leadership, and deep expertise in business domains. - Organization: Alignerr - Type: Hourly Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do - Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training material - Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs - Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency - Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support - Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates - Guide the creation of business case studies, analytical scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, strategy, and e-commerce Who You Are - Experienced team leader with 2+ years managing analysts or cross-functional teams - 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused project work - Sharp analytical thinker with strong research skills and a high bar for accuracy and logic - Skilled at giving detailed, constructive feedback that raises team performance - Clear, confident communicator — equally effective with your team and with stakeholders - Creative and lateral thinker who can translate complex business concepts into structured content - Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience - No prior AI experience required Nice to Have - Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline - Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or content evaluation systems - Background in case study writing, academic research, or business publishing - Familiarity with MBA-level frameworks and analytical methodologies Why Join Us - Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside the world's leading AI research labs - Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you - Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact work - Gain firsthand exposure to how advanced large language models are built and trained - Contribute directly to AI that understands and reasons about the business world - Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
