We're looking for experienced management instructors and educators to evaluate AI-generated reasoning on leadership, teams, and organizational structure. Your insights will directly improve how AI systems think about the real-world complexities of managing people and organizations. - Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) - Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do - Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training - Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design - Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic workplace scenarios - Provide clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI managerial reasoning - Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are - 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level - Deep understanding of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice - Able to critically assess decision-making, tradeoffs, and strategic reasoning - Strong written communication skills — you can explain your evaluations clearly and concisely - Self-motivated and reliable when working independently Nice to Have - MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field - Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting - Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows Why Join Us - Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs - Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule - Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration - Contribute to meaningful work that improves how AI reasons about the human side of business - Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
