Role Title: Paid Photo Contributor Opportunity (Aged 50+) Location: Remote Job Summary micro1 is recruiting participants aged 50 and older for a paid photo data collection project supporting the development and evaluation of artificial intelligence (AI) systems. What you'll do: 1. Take and submit photographs of yourself following simple project instructions. 2. Complete a short questionnaire about yourself and the submitted images. 3. Complete the project remotely using your own smartphone. Who we're looking for: The project is designed to create a dataset representing people from a broad range of racial and ethnic backgrounds, physical appearances, and age groups — including older adults, who are often underrepresented in AI training data. We are seeking participation from individuals aged 50 and above across many different communities and backgrounds. Religious and cultural attire: Participants are welcome to wear religious or cultural attire and accessories in their photos, including but not limited to hijabs, turbans, kippahs, and religious jewelry. These are fully accepted, and there is no need to remove them. We want the dataset to reflect how people actually present themselves. Participants of all racial and ethnic backgrounds are welcome to apply. Compensation: u$140 per approved task Eligibility: 50+ / NAMER, LATAM, EMEA / smartphone
