About the Role We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI reasons about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI systems used by professionals and businesses worldwide. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of leadership and organizational behavior becomes a critical input into cutting-edge AI development. - Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) - Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do - Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism - Evaluate AI reasoning on topics like team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design - Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations - Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated managerial reasoning - Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are - 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level - Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks - Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and tradeoffs in complex scenarios - Comfortable reading and critiquing written recommendations and case-based content - Self-motivated and reliable in an asynchronous work environment Nice to Have - MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field - Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting - Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or annotation workflows Why Join Us - Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs - Fully remote and flexible — work on your schedule, your terms - Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration - Apply your academic expertise to real-world AI impact - Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
