About the Role We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI systems reason about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your real-world expertise will directly influence the quality of AI outputs in one of the most complex and nuanced domains — human leadership and organizational behavior. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.
